Description of the laboratory :

The Laboratory is the emanation of the department of sociology of Nancy 2 University created in 1989.
Long centered around the subjects of work, urban sociology and sociology of social policies, the LASTES, while remaining dedicated to its subjects of traditional research, actively develops new subjects such as social representations, collective beliefs, culture and sociology of knowledge.
