Name of the scheme : Interest and guarantee free loan PFIL

Description :

It consists of a loan at zero percent interest rate and without guarantee that reinforces the owners' equity and allows a lever effect vis-à-vis bank loans. Other forms of loans or grants can be proposed : EDEN for unemployed creators, the Business Creation Loan administered by OSEO, FGIF in the framework of the guarantee granted to women creators…

Beneficiaries :

Business creator.

Eligibility (conditions of access to the scheme) :

Its amount is according to the global cost of a project, the personal contribution and possible the bank loans mobilized.

Terms of intervention :

Average bank loan of € 42 000, in constant increase and of 10% compared with 2003.
