The Glass Centre proposes its business and technological intelligence services to the totality of professionals of the glass and crystal glassworks sector :
- Idveille letter destined for flat glass industrialists ;
- Idveille letter destined for hollow glass industrialists ;
- Idveille letter destined for glass artists/craftsmen ;
- Idveille letter destined for architects/designers ;
- Idveille letter destined for flat glass transformers/silverers ;
- "Made to measure" letters whose content is chosen by the subscriber.
These electronic letters are monthly and by subscription. In 2007, the Glass Centre distributed nearly 1700 pieces of sectoral information through them.
The Glass Centre also studies all requests for particular information via SVP, its Customized Watch Service.

The Glass Centre offers services of :
- Publication of information letters (Idveille) centred on the economy and new technologies ;
- Customised research for the entire domain linked to glass (SVP Glass) ;
- Databases listing thousands of pieces of information in the research, design and techniques domains ;
- Advice, audits, accompaniment of any development project linked to glass
- Management of the idverre.net website, information and promotion tool.
The Glass Centre constantly informs the field and the general public on the current evolutions or those to come: Idverre portal, glass festival, symposium or colloquia, exhibitions, newsletter (Pôle Info), Idverre Info letter.
