Business intelligence

Monitiring and decision

Intended for SME, SMI, microbusinesses and business creators in Lorraine, DECiLOR (DECide in LORraine) is a decision-making help scheme. It proposes made-to-measure services to member companies: implementation of a business intelligence procedure, sectoral information, business clubs… Financed by the Regional Council with the support of the European Union, coordinated by 3i Lorraine, DECiLOR is made up of 6 Sectoral Watch Centres (CVS); they cover the following fields :
Wood
Glass

Within each field, the CVS accompanies businesses by proposing different levels of services: technological, competitive or regulatory watch, state-of-the-art, search for partners…

The RELIE (Lorraine Economic Intelligence Network) coordinates the action of public intelligence and economic security actors in Lorraine (Services of the State, Region, consular chambers…). Economic and technological monitoring, growth management, industrial property, economic security… the RELIE intervenes in particular in projects linked to the Materalia centres of competitive excellence and Fibres Greater-East. This network is also coordinated by 3i Lorraine.

It relies on one of Europe's most significant collections of scientific publications. The Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of the CNRS (INIST-CNRS) [link to paper] makes it possible to access the results of worldwide research. It offers a full range of services going from supplying documents to scientific and technical information training, passing by intelligence services.

NF or AFAQ, that's what it is. The AFNOR French Association for Standardization is responsible for surveying the new standard requirements, elaborating them and developing certifications. An "International Services Group", the AFNOR is organized around 4 core competency areas: standardization, certification, industry publishing and training. It is implanted throughout the territory by 14 regional delegations.
