UPV-M : Paul Verlaine University of Metz

The research activities of the LCME are grouped together around methodological development for green chemistry and depollution. The problem is addressed by the development of materials, surface characterization, the study of absorption and reactivity phenomena and, finally, heterogeneous photocatalysis.
The purpose of this work concerns:
- The preparation and characterization of carbonaceous absorbents for the selective recovery of pollutants;
- The catalysis for the elimination of exhaust soot from Diesel engines;
- The allowance of NOx;
- The depollution of drinking water;
- The treatment of polyaromatic hydrocarbons in a watery environment… (continuation of the presentation)
