The Profit-sharing Development Loan "Young Business" constitutes an "innovative" financing, without guarantee, and with privileged conditions in order to favour the growth of young businesses of more than 3 years. Born from the collaboration between the Regional Council of Lorraine and OSEO Lorraine, this loan makes it possible to cover the financial needs generated by the development of a business.

SME and microbusinesses of more than 3 years, falling under the sectors of business activity eligible for the economic aid of the Regional Council of Lorraine.

This loan is particularly adapted to the financing of immaterial investments, equipment with low collateral value and working capital needs.

The sum is comprised of between € 15 000 and 75 000, capped at the sum in owners’ equity of the company.
Its duration is 7 years, including 2 years of differed amortization in capital of so as to reduce the first reimbursement costs. Reimbursement is made on the base of constant quarterly due dates in arrears. The rate applied is fixed, at Average Bond Rate -0.05%.
This loan is granted without guarantee, or lien on the company, or deposit from the manager.
