WICRI : a community network for research and innovation in the Lorraine region

A wiki portal, the WICRI is available to all Lorraine region communities for research and innovation. After an experimental phase, today this collaborative tool is being developed. Jacques Ducloy of the Lorraine Region RDRT gives perspectives.
