PIE : Economic Intelligence Service

This aid, financed by the Regional Council of Lorraine, is put at the disposal of business creators in Lorraine and businesses, individually or in the framework of a collaborative project (ex. centre, cluster…). It makes it possible to benefit from state-of-the-art business intelligence services, information research, bibliometric analysis, or training in business intelligence, carried out by the DECiLOR Centres of Sectoral Watch.
This aid can also be granted to technological intermediaries within the framework of the set-up of collaborative projects.
It is prescribed by the DECiLOR watch centres, the RDT members or by the centres of competitive excellence in Lorraine.


SME in Lorraine (with less than 250 employees) and business creators.


Not already benefiting from a FRIL, OSEO or Regional Council of Lorraine financing.


Up to 80% financing of the service, capped at € 2 500 before tax per benefit for businesses and business creators. Up to 80% financing of the service, capped at € 12 000 before tax per benefit for collaborative projects (centre, cluster…) with recommendation beforehand from a centre of competitive excellence. The PIE is proposed by 3i Lorraine, and prepared by the Regional Council of Lorraine.
