Aid before creation

Aid before creation makes it possible to finance the creation of innovative business from the first steps. It helps the future creator to clarify his business plan and proceed with minimally technical and legal verifications in order to validate the feasibility of the innovation project.
In accompaniment of the national competition of aid for the creation of innovative technologies businesses, the ANR and the ministry of Research, in the "Emergence" category, complementary financing can be mobilized.


- Physical persons subject to tax in France and wishing to create a business in Lorraine.
- SME in Lorraine whose effective creation dates to less than 3 years.


Conception and definition of the project ; commercial, technical, legal and financial feasibility studies ; search for partners…


Contribution to the project’s financing (up to 70%) in grants, capped at € 30 000.
