FRGL : Regional Guarantee Funds Lorraine

The Regional Guarantee Funds Lorraine favours the access of creators, entrepreneurs and business leaders to bank financing. This scheme enters into the framework of the economic development policy of the Regional Council of Lorraine in order to financially accompany regional companies.


Physical persons and SME from sectors of business activity eligible for regional economic aid, including the Public Works Offices sector.


Immaterial investments or investments with a low collateral value, increase in working capital needs generated by the project, tangible investments: equipment, real estate, fitting-out…


Guarantee of up to 70% of the bank accommodation thanks to a co-guarantee intervention of the Regional Guarantee Funds Lorraine and the National Guarantee Funds of OSEO.
