PPA : Profit-sharing Start up Loan Lorraine

The Profit-sharing Start up Loan Lorraine is destined at creating favourable conditions to the subsequent intervention of a start- up fund, a venture capital company or an industrialist, with out slowing the advancement of the projects.


Innovative SME less than 5 years old beneficiary of  an OSEO innovation aid, aid in the framework of the Regional Funds for Innovation in Lorraine (FRIL) or a "creation development" aid in the national competition of aid for the creation of innovative technologies businesses.


The PPA takes into account all the expenditures of an innovative program.


This loan without guarantee on the company or personal guarantee can go up to € 150 000. It is capped at the contribution in owners’ equity on the day of allocation and to the sum of innovation aid obtained.
Its duration is 8 years with a differed amortization in capital of 3 years.
This intervention benefits from an 80% guarantee by the Innovation Guarantee Funds of OSEO and the Regional Guarantee Funds Lorraine (FRGL).
