Aid for innovative projects

From the idea and from its feasibility up to the industrial pre-launch of the innovation, the FRIL makes it possible to help the SME of the industrial or tertiary sector in Lorraine :
- develop innovative products, processes or services presenting concrete commercialisation perspectives;
- finance their participation in national or European technological partnerships.


SME from Lorraine of less than 2000 employees, independent of a group of more than 2000 people.


Internal (including the recruitment of personnel specifically dedicated to a project) and external expenditures in order to develop the innovation project: conception, feasibility studies, prototypes, patents, industrial launch preparation, search for partners…


In the feasibility phase, grants covering up to 50% of the expenditures before taxes, capped at € 50 000. Beyond that and for the development and pre-launch steps, financing not exceeding 50% in zero percent interest rate advance, reimbursable in case of success.
