Pierre Mutzenhardt elected president of the University of Lorraine

He is the first to take this seat. Specialist in nuclear magnetic resonance, Pierre Mutzenhardt was elected on the 25 May as President of the University of Lorraine for a period of 5 years. Formerly vice-president of the UHP scientific council, this 46 year old professor is already at the head of an establishment that counts 3,722 lecturer-researchers and teachers, 3,070 technical and administrative personnel, more than 52,000 students, 82 laboratories… In a forthcoming governors’ meeting, he will present the policy team who will accompany him for the term of his mandate.
