Mutualize strengths and competences
 
The expression does not correspond to an official designation or to a label. These scientific platform terms designate rather an approach; that of laboratories dedicated to mutualizing means and competences for a common scientific project. This organization does not necessarily implicate a physical grouping together of the different structures engaged. In Lorraine, most scientific platforms intervene in the framework of Centres of Scientific and Technological Research (PRST).
