International travelling exhibition, Fusion Expo was welcomed to Nancy at the end of January 2012. The occasion to present to the general public the research carried out by researchers from the Jean Lamour Institute and the advances in the domain of nuclear fusion.

 

Subsidised by the European Commission, this exhibition dedicated to "nuclear fusion and its potential as a sustainable energy source for the future" was installed in the Faculty of Science and Technology from 26th January to 4th February.

Officially created on January 1, 2009, the Jean Lamour Institute is the Lorraine's new showcase for innovative materials. Report on this ambitious 75 million euro budget five years prior to its move to the ARTEM site.
